Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally:

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders, customers are required to pay the total amount due to the courier at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Any promotional free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms mentioned in that promotion.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders.

If a customer cannot be reached or the order cannot be confirmed, Hairenza may cancel the order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

We will coordinate with the relevant courier company to investigate the shipment.

Hairenza is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, courier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
