Refund & Return Policy

At Hairenza, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us so we can assist you.

Eligibility for Return

A return or replacement may be accepted in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or leaked during delivery.

  • The package is incomplete or missing an item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and contact number

  • Clear photos/videos of the received package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

Product Condition

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product itself was defective or the wrong product was delivered.

Refunds

For approved refund cases, the refund amount will be processed according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be communicated by our customer support team.

Original shipping/delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Hairenza, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or significantly consumed.

  • The product has been damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made after the specified return period.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving or using the product.

  • The product was stored improperly after delivery.

Hairenza reserves the right to review each return/refund request individually.
